Finally our dream of owning a property will soon be a reality. After thirty eight years of staying in Obando through low tide and high tide, I think it’s high time to evacuate my kids and think of their future. I don’t want them to experience the hardship that we went through when we need to struggle the waist deep flood just to get home. I think it’s like more than fifteen years ago when my mom wanted to buy a property in Caloocan and we did not like the idea of leaving our friends and relatives in Obando. Now I’m really excited to live in a safe and flood free place, thank God hubby has resources to pursue our dream. As early as now I asked him to prepare the floor plan of our soon to be house, list down all the important items that we need to attend first. Our dream house will be located in a commercial-residential place so it will be really more convenient for us to attend on our basic needs. Yesterday we visited the place and I saw the different establishments around including the accounting firms, spa parlor with beautiful spa covers inside and the supermarket just across the street. Hopefully in less than two years time we will enjoy living in our dream home.
